When I bought my Outlander, I made the glib comment of "Who buys a Mitsubishi anyway?" Well, I'm here to tell you that I am thrilled I didn't let its under-the-radar reputation get in the way of me making one of the best car purchasing decisions in a long time. As the attached picture shows, we easily fit two kayaks in the car this summer and had more fun outings than we might have otherwise. Rather than hoisting them onto the roof and then having to elaborately tie them on, untie them at our destination and then reverse the process in order to travel home, Dennis and I just threw them in the car (1 minute max). At our put-in spots, we'd just whip them out of the car and would be in the water in less than a minute. Wow! We probably had twice or three times the fun this summer because the Outlander made it all so easy.
Thought you'd like to know. And if anyone asks me now "Who the heck buys a Mitsubishi?", I will be proud to say "I do! And man, am I glad I did." Sincerely, Wendy D.

October 5th, 2010 I William J. Thomaszvic and my wife Pamela decided on a new car , so I heard Kevin Michaud from Mitsubishi on Rt 114 in Danvers, Ma, on the radio North Shore Station 104.9 and also I see his advertisement in the Salem News. So my wife and I went down to Mitsubishi and talked to Monty (salesman) he was very friendly along with every one else we met. We took the 2010 Outlander for a test drive. We loved it bought it and was so happy with every one there along with the service department, we went back to look for a Lancer for my wife. She drove one, loved it, we bought it. Went home my son needed a new car also, he went down, Kevin Michaud and Monty gave him a Lancer GT to take home for us to see. He loved it we bought it. That was three (3) in one month. All the salesmen were Top Shelf, all working as a team, all team players. 2 weeks after I bought my Outlander the air conditioner was not working. I brought it back on a Saturday another salesman had brought it right in to the service department, they took a part out of a new outlander put it in mine and less then one (1) hour I was back on the road. Now when I go by Mitsubishi I stop and say Hi to all the guys, its such a pleasure going into the dealership. It is a very friendly environment. It is not like any other place that I bought a car from. I tell everyone that needs a car to go there, people at work, my neighbors. My other son needs a new car also, I told him to go down to Mitsubishi also I am hoping that will be # 4. William J. Thomaszvic Staff Sargeant U.S Army (Ret)

After an unfortunate accident, I came to Michaud Mitsubishi to replace my Mitsubishi Lancer. The Sales Staff was excellent and made me feel very well taken care of. This level of service didn't stop there... as the service department continued to impress me with excellent and friendly service. I continuously recommend this Dealership to all my friends and family and will continue to come here for my service and future car needs!
